I’m a Junior Research Scientist at NYU Abu Dhabi’s Social Science Experimental Laboratory and the founder of Loop Dimension. My work combines computational research with the practical work of planning and building software.

Research

Develop research software and computational workflows for experimental economics. Current work includes CAT, a complete platform for LLM-assisted coding of communication data.

  • Designed and built CAT from scratch, from dataset ingestion and codebook design to model execution and result export.
  • Support experimental design, implementation, data collection, and analysis across research projects.

CAT — Communication Annotation Tool

An end-to-end platform for coding communication data in economic experiments with one or more LLMs.

My contribution
Designed and developed the full system from scratch: data ingestion, episode mapping, codebook configuration, experiment context, multi-model execution, result review, export, documentation, and deployment.
Research setting
Built at SSEL alongside our methodological work on whether LLMs can reliably code communication content in economic experiments.
Stack
Next.js, React, TypeScript, Python, FastAPI, SQLAlchemy, PostgreSQL, pandas, and openpyxl, with OpenAI, Gemini, DeepSeek, Anthropic, and xAI model integrations. Deployed on RHEL with Nginx and systemd.

An interactive system for viewing structural models alongside live and historical sensor data.

My contribution
Developed the PyQt5 and VTK interface, dynamic color mapping, time-series animation, sensor-data integration, and clickable 3D sensor markers.

My contribution
Led requirements clarification and technical planning, coordinated the implementation team, and managed the path from clinical workflow to delivered software.

Multi-stage matching across diagnosis, pathogens, renal function, dialysis status, and allergies, with patient management and administrative tools.
